Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and we’re happy to accommodate schedule changes when possible. Out of respect for our providers’ time and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
No shows will also incur a $50 fee and may require a deposit to rebook.
Retainers are applied toward services rendered and are non refundable if cancellation terms are not met.
This policy helps us ensure that every client receives the focused care they deserve.
Refund Policy
All services rendered are final sale.
Because aesthetic and medical services are personalized and results vary, refunds are not provided for services, packages, memberships, or promotional offerings once treatment has been performed.
Unused prepaid services or packages are non-refundable but may be eligible for transfer or credit at the discretion of The Injectables Lounge, in accordance with applicable laws.
Retail products may be exchanged only if unopened and in original condition within 7 days, subject to manufacturer guidelines.
