Taylor Hope is a licensed aesthetician, medical assistant, and TIL's Director of Aesthetics, posessing years of hands-on experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments. With a strong medical background and extensive experience in high-level aesthetic procedures, Taylor brings both clinical knowledge and artistry to every treatment she provides.
Known for her patient-first approach, Taylor is deeply involved in both the care and experience of every client- from treatment planning to follow-up, ensuring results that feel natural, safe, and confidence-boosting. Her medical training allows her to work seamlessly alongside providers while delivering results-driven treatments with precision and care.
At The Injectables Lounge, Taylor plays an integral role in day-to-day operations while also treating patients, creating an environment that is welcoming, transparent, and rooted in trust. She believes medical aesthetics should feel empowering, approachable, and tailored to each individual.
Outside of the practice, Taylor enjoys reading, watching the Boston Celtics, and spending quality time with her family—bringing the same balance, warmth, and attention to detail into both her professional and personal life.

Michelle Mithoefer, BSN, RN, is a Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Nurse Injector with a decade of nursing experience and a passion for creating natural, balanced results through thoughtful, individualized care. With a strong clinical background and an eye for facial anatomy, she blends science, precision, and artistry in every treatment.
Michelle is known for her educational, relationship-driven approach and believes patients should understand the why behind their treatments. She considers facial structure, movement, skin quality, and long-term aging patterns to create comprehensive plans rather than treating individual features in isolation. Her goal is always results that feel balanced, natural, and authentically like you.
At The Injectables Lounge, Michelle specializes in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, facial balancing, biostimulators, IPL, CO₂ laser resurfacing, and laser hair removal. Whether you’re new to aesthetics or looking for a long-term treatment plan, she creates an environment where patients feel heard, educated, comfortable, and never pressured.

Outside of the treatment room, Shinell is a mom of two and loves spending time with her family. Some of her favorite things to do include, shopping, crafting, working out and golfing when the weather is nice! She is also lash certified. She has a love for all things beauty and self-care and believes there’s nothing better than a little time to yourself to reset and feel like a more confident, beautiful and balanced you!
