The Injectables Lounge, a well-established, physician-led medical spa in the Fishers area, is seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team as a full-time aesthetic injector. This is an opportunity to step into a practice that is serious about growth, patient outcomes, and provider experience — with a compensation structure designed to reward exceptional performance. Salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and HA dermal fillers
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences that drive retention and rebooking
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Indiana standards
- Contribute to the practice's social media presence by sharing work and engaging with patients online
- Collaborate with a close-knit clinical and operations team in a scaling practice
What We're Looking For
- Active NP / APRN / PA license in Indiana, in good standing
- Preferred: 3+ years of hands-on experience injecting neurotoxins and dermal fillers in a medical aesthetic setting
- An eye for natural, results-driven outcomes
- Strong consultation and patient communication skills
- Comfort with social media and digital content creation
- Commitment to clinical safety, compliance, and continuing education
